2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3. Services for Employers and Candidates

3.1. For Employers: You may post job opportunities and search for candidates. You agree that any job description you post is accurate and complies with all applicable laws regarding employment and non-discrimination.

3.2. For Candidates: You may create a professional profile and apply for jobs. You acknowledge that HireExpat is a platform to connect with potential employers and does not guarantee employment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Our IP: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of HireExpat or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2. Your Content: You grant HireExpat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display the content you post (such as your profile or job listings) for the purpose of operating the Platform.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. HireExpat does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireExpat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HireExpat is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
